In order to reward our loyal customers, their families and friends, we at EZ’s have created the
EZ’s Reward
Card program. $100 of purchases within any consecutive 90 day period will be
rewarded with a credit of $10.
Free cards: You will be issued an EZ’s Reward Card for free when you come to any EZ’s Brick Oven & Grill.
This card will be activated for rewards when you fill in a reward application and present it to any store employee.
Here is how it works: By presenting your EZ’s Reward Card when you order, all qualified purchases will be
credited to your EZ’s Reward Card account. If during any consecutive 90 days, your account reaches $100 you
will be rewarded with a $10 credit. It will automatically be placed on your EZ’s Reward Card account and will be
available to spend on food orders on your next purchase at any EZ’s Brick Oven & Grill restaurant. Please let your
EZ’s cashier know when you would like to use your credit. “Qualified Purchases” are any food purchase that is not
a part of a promotion, discount or special offer program less sales tax. The purchase of a Gift Card is not a qualified
purchase, but purchases made with a Gift Card are qualified purchases for the rewards program.
When an EZ’s
Reward is granted, the qualified purchases used to earn the reward will be removed from your account.
Qualified
purchases over 90 days will also be removed. EZ’s rewards must be used within 90 days of their granting. |
